Types of Pipe Packing Solutions
- Pipe Bundling Systems – Automatic bundling machines collect cut and socketed pipes, arrange them into standard bundles (hexagonal or rectangular), and strap them securely. Bundling systems can handle pipes from small-diameter PVC plumbing pipes to large-diameter HDPE pressure pipes.
- Pipe Coiling & Wrapping – Flexible pipes (HDPE, PE-RT, PEX) are coiled to specified lengths and wrapped or bagged for transport. SICA Italy’s pipe coiling systems are available through our product range.
- Pipe Palletizing & Stacking – Post-bundling, pipes are stacked on pallets for forklift handling. SICA India’s Link Channels and tilt tables manage the pipe flow from production to palletizing area.
