SICA India Pipe Handling Equipment
Link Channels
SICA India Link Channels are belt conveyors of 3.0m or 6.0m length for moving pipes from OD 32mm to OD 250mm. Positioned alongside the belling machine, Link Channels transport finished pipes to the palletizing area or downstream for ring insertion via RingFit. Belt speed is adjustable via inverter.
Tilt Tables
After socketing on the FASTFORM belling machine, finished pipes fall onto tilt tables that collect and organize pipes for palletizing.
Collection Tables (AUTOFEED)
For dual extrusion lines, the AUTOFEED collection table collects pipes and feeds them to the belling machine one at a time, streamlining the socketing and subsequent palletizing process.
