An automatic pipe packing machine replaces the manual job of counting, arranging and strapping finished pipe. SICA’s EASYPACK performs the full sequence in one machine: it counts the pipes, arranges them into a bundle, straps the bundle in three or four phases, and finally wraps it in LDPE film.
What an automatic pipe packing line does
- Counting — pipes are counted automatically as they arrive from the extrusion line.
- Bundling — they are arranged into bundles from 24 up to 100 pipes, depending on diameter.
- Strapping — the bundle is strapped in 3 or 4 phases as required, replacing the manual strapping step.
- Bagging / film wrap — the bundle is finished in LDPE film for dispatch.
Built to run offline across multiple lines
EASYPACK is designed to run offline so a single packing machine can serve several extrusion lines, rather than tying up one packer per line. It handles pipes from roughly 2 m to 6 m and bundles up to 25 pipes per cycle — suited to CPVC, plumbing, agricultural and conduit pipe.

Manual packing is slow and inconsistent; an automatic line standardises bundle counts and strap tension while freeing labour. Review the wider downstream extrusion equipment that feeds it, and explore the complete SICA product range.
